Great location and comfy bed, but the roadside noise was annoying at night.

The location is a busy junction, making it easy to access various local attractions. Rooms come with nice decor, although not particularly spacious, they have a certain charm that gives off an urban vibe.
When it comes to cleanliness, I was not impressed. The room felt cramped—my Large double barely had space to stand, and the cleanliness left much to be desired, with hairs and rubbish found upon arrival. The noise levels were high due to foot traffic and street noise, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep, especially on the road-facing side. On top of that, there were no bottled water provided in the room, which had me hesitant about using the tap or the glasses. Honestly, small touches like that go a long way in making a stay more comfortable.

A Cozy Stay with a Lively Atmosphere
My two-night solo stay was enjoyable despite some noise from nearby bars on the first night. The small double room was comfortable, perfect for unwinding. Try a quick snack from the on-site café. it’s a delightful treat. Bring earplugs for a peaceful sleep on weekends!

This place was an ideal choice for a short stayover in Richmond with high value for money. We were given a bottle of prosecco for the inconvenience caused by the mix-up on our room reservation, which made our stay memorable.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from various restaurants and the River Thames. The room was clean and comfortable, which made our family stay enjoyable. the room was quite small for moving around, and we found it a bit challenging that there was no direct parking at the hotel.

had some issues with the tv remote, just one for two tvs which was kinda annoying. also, no divider between the beds for privacy n electrical sockets were a bit far from the bed.

I loved the modern vibe of the room and how clean it was! The shower was decent too. Downsides were the noise from the busy road and lack of a lift. 🛏️

Great location and excellent amenities
I had a lovely 3-night stay and really enjoyed the great location, just a 15-minute walk from Richmond Park. The room was nicely decorated and equipped with everything I needed, including a Smart TV for entertainment. The friendly staff made check-in and check-out a breeze. I found the room a bit cramped, which might not suit those who prefer more space.

The hotel offers a convenient location near Twickenham Stadium and Kew Gardens, which made family outings easy and enjoyable. The room was cozy, and we appreciated the modern decor. It was great that we could easily explore local attractions with our kids.
In my wife’s opinion, the room was quite cramped for a family, so more space would be welcome, especially with kids in tow.

The view of the river from the small double room created a peaceful atmosphere, enhancing my restful nights. The kitchenette was a practical addition, allowing me to prepare light meals. Conveniently, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. the room lacked soundproofing, leading to occasional disturbances from outside, and the compactness may not suit everyone’s preferences.
